Ms. Fawkes Fraser brings over two decades of practical and international experience in a wide range of fields including government, NGOs, large multinational corporations and private family business operations and consulting. Torchwood Consultancy, founded by Ms. Fawkes Fraser, specializes in management consulting and business support services with current and past clients in non-profits, financial services, and Broadway Arts & Entertainment.

In achieving this, she leverages her past work at the American Chamber of Commerce in London (BABi), the American Embassy - London, and Benjamin Franklin House as well as senior consulting roles at FORVIS, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Nuveen. Her proficiencies include business development and scaling, management and operations, process and procedure mapping and execution and customer relationship management. She is accustomed to composing and presenting to committees, both internally and externally, as well as working closely with all levels of management. Her success is grounded in her ability to partner with, and foster, the growth and interest of all stakeholders. She does not shy away from representing the unpopular opinion to represent constraints, build resolve and ensure clear and decisive next steps for charting success.

Ms. Fawkes Fraser holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations & Diplomacy and Economics from the University of London, SOAS; as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science & International Studies.
